MyBruno eliminates the need for manual data entry. It automatically imports candidates or leads generated by various advertising portals into the system. Then, within minutes, MyBruno automatically launches a campaign or series of marketing messages that you have designed to educate and pre-qualify your leads - allowing you to begin building a relationship with your lead immediately.

Messages are generally made up of 2 parts; the e-mail and the webmercial — both designed to prompt leads to submit a qualification form. The e-mail message is a very short, basic text message personalized to the lead that motivates the lead into clicking the link to the webmercial to learn more. The webmercial is where all of the relevant information is housed along with various media elements - graphics, audio, video, flash, etc. and includes a link to the system Qualification Form.

The Qualification Form gathers the majority of the personal information from a lead that the you the franchisor needs for your preliminary application.

Each of these functions triggers a notification e-mail that is sent to the assigned salesperson in real time. The notifiers are sent for New Candidate, Candidate Activity and Qualified Candidate. Included in this e-mail notifier is the contact information for the lead, a link to the webmercial your lead is viewing, and a link to the lead's record in MyBruno.
